Pizza I ordered was awesome, but my wife's salad look like it had sat around for an hour soaking in dressing. That would be that same hour we waited for food on a very slow afternoon.

Love it... Bringing young children out is always a gamble. My children have a shelf life of about 10 minutes before they become " slightly misbehaved" while waiting for their food. Honestly, when you go out with 5 kids, it is like traveling with your own gang. "O'Doyle rules!!!" However, some one in the UNO establishment came up with a Play "Dough" idea, and my kids love it. They have been entertained since they say down. Though chain/ franchise restaurants tend to blend together, Uno's has now separated itself from the pack. I will consider coming here first when traveling with my Gang, I mean family.

The kids love the make your own pizza. The deep dish isn't as good as the original in Chicago but nothing is. Our server Renae was great. The place was packed and the service was still great. This is a must do when we are nearby.

This place has some smashed potato side dish that is excellent! I've always had a good meal here and I've always had great service. One time when I left it was pouring raining and they gave me an umbrella to use to get to my car and told me to just toss it on the sidewalk by the front door when I drove out. I can't comment on the pizza though because I've never ordered it.

Eh, it's ok. Deep dish pizza is TINY, and not to mention a little burned. I liked it, don't get me wrong, but I can see why someone would not be a fan.

Have been going to Uno's in Dickson City for about 8 years or so, and I have easily spent close to $1,000 a year. I had my wife's baby shower here (side room, about 25 people), and this is my "go to" restaurant under all circumstances in the Scranton area. With probably around 150+ visits under my belt - here's what I can tell you - Food and value are very good. I have at this point tried everything in the menu at least once I think. They have a solid American menu, with some decent seafood choices and pasta dishes. I have tried some items from bar over the years and that's been fine too. Pizza is excellent, both the Chicago pan style and the thin crust. The rattlesnake pasta is great, as are the salads (Cobb especially). They frequently bring out breadsticks w/oil as a snack (n/c), which are tasty. Where this place really shines in my opinion as a consumer is in the staff. The veteran servers are all fantastic. Friendly, helpful, they seem to know exactly when you want to be left alone and when you are in the mood to chat. The new servers have all in my memory been well trained and handled themselves well. Greeters are universally cheerful. Managers used to be more visible than in the last year or so, but I have interacted with a number of them and they have been excellent and when I've asked them they've said that they like the work and you can tell. I've worked in retail for over 20 years, and I know how difficult it is to pull off the service and quality consistency that they do here. It is impossible without good owners and managers. So hats off to you! I see that There is a least one "bad" review of Uno's on Yelp at this point as of Nov 13, 2013. It's very possible to have a "bad day" in any service environment no matter how hard you try. However, based on my experience, you will lower your probability to close to zero here, which IMHO, is pretty amazing. There are plenty of choices in the area, but this is the one I have continued to make, and highly recommend to anyone.

Love Chicago style pizza and Uno consistently does it right. Was very sad when our local shop in Danbury CT closed. Went to Dickson City while daughter was looking at U of Scranton. Cold, snowy night, but was determined to get there, was not disappointed. Had a good beer, (not the American rice pils variety), wife enjoyed a Chocolate martini to start. Ordered a classic (thick pan baked with sausage) - I do not ever get sausage pizza except for Chicago style. Pizza arrived shortly and was delicious. Our waitress was attentive and very personable without being obtrusive. We could only make a small dent in the dense pizza as we saved room for the triple chocolate dessert - brownie, cookie and peanut butter cup with ice cream and chocolate drizzle. - ok, maybe not the best pairing with pizza, but it was great. Left with more pizza than we had eaten, enjoyed our meal tremendously and had a great server all at a price for the run of the mill pizza a Bud. If daughter ends up going to school at Scranton, we will be back!

My wife and I dine in here quite frequent. We love our Sunday funday and have tried many different items on the menu without disappointment. Our favorites are the boneless bites and shrimp and crab fun doo appetizers. The main dishes we enjoy are the fire cracker chicken sandwich and the roasted eggplant, spinach, and feta pizza.

I had the Deep Dish Mac & Cheese. It looked great but tasted more like an alfredo pasta than mac & cheese. Also, there was some spaghetti mixed in with it. Lastly, my waiter seemed awkward and shy.

I love the deep dish pizza. The brew master steak is very good. Good service, good drinks. Nice place to bring the family. Highly recommend it.

Pizza was quite good, particularly for a chain. Service was good too. I thought the draft beer was a bit expensive and the time to get another beer was kind of long. Not crazy long, but longer than what is normal (7 or 8 minutes after waitress took my refill request). Maybe the bar was backed up a bit. Otherwise good stuff. I'll be back.
